Delete Your Account

How to request account deletion

1. Open your email app and send a message to:
   support@korratrip.com
2. Use the subject line: Delete my KorraTrip account
3. In the body of the email, send the message from the same email address you use to sign in to KorraTrip (your Google or Apple ID email), and include the message: "Please delete my KorraTrip account and all associated data."
4. We will confirm receipt within 3 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What data is deleted

When your deletion request is processed, the following data is permanently removed from our systems:

• Your authentication account (Google or Apple sign-in record)
• Your profile information (name, email, profile picture)
• Your saved and bookmarked attractions
• Your in-app preferences and settings

Data that may be retained

Certain data may be retained for a limited period after deletion to comply with legal, accounting, or security obligations:

• Anonymized usage analytics that cannot be linked back to you
• Crash reports (retained for up to 90 days)
• Records required by applicable law (retained only as long as legally required)

After the retention period, all remaining data is permanently deleted.
